Who you'll work with

Browse the team if you like, but you don't have to decide on your own. Tell us what's going on and we'll match you.

Not sure who to choose? Just tell us what's going on.

How it works

Illustration of requesting a session, working with a facilitator, and leaving with a clearer next step
01

Send a request

Tell us what's going on — the situation, the pattern, whatever's on your mind. Mention timing or format preferences if you have them.

02

We follow up

We confirm details, match you with the right facilitator, and set up a time.

03

Show up

Bring yourself and the thing you want to work on. No preparation needed — we handle the rest.

Questions

How long is a session?

50 minutes. In person, over Zoom, or by phone.

What should I bring?

Yourself and the thing you want to work on. No preparation needed.

In person or online?

Both. Zoom sessions just need a device, a camera, and a quiet space. In-person sessions are at 150 W 28th St, Suite 1203, New York. Let us know your preference when you submit a request.

Do I need to pick a facilitator?

No. If you already know who you want, tell us. Otherwise we'll match you based on timing, budget, and fit.

Not sure about a private session yet?

Our group classes are a lower-commitment way to experience the work.
