Become A Facilitator

The certification path is a four-course program: Paradox Fundamentals, Essential Skills & Key Concepts, Strategic Skills & Intuitive Execution, and Session Mastery. Each course is self-paced with lifetime access. Most students complete the full program in 12–18 months, depending on pace and practice.

No prior certification is required, but the path is sequential. You begin with Paradox Fundamentals, then continue through the next three courses in order. Personal experience with the work is strongly recommended, because the training asks you to practice the tools rather than merely study them.

Support varies by course, but the training includes detailed materials, guided practice, and continued opportunities to refine the work. Students are also encouraged to stay close to the material through live classes, office hours, private sessions, and the wider facilitator community as they deepen the training.

The training is designed to prepare you for client work, but there is not a simple automatic milestone where everyone begins working with clients after Course 2. Readiness develops over time through the full path, practice, and direct guidance, so the best next step depends on where you are in the training.

Certification marks the point where you can step forward as a Paradox Process facilitator with a full grounding in the method. Some practitioners build a dedicated facilitation practice, while others integrate the tools into existing therapeutic, coaching, or healing work.
