Pain is a warning system.
Imagine having the power to ease your physical pain by just directing your mind to do so. It is absolutely possible! There is an undeniable link between physical ailments and emotional trauma: whether you are handling chronic pain, acute injuries or even the common cold. We will explore ways to shut off the alarm system of pain, and come to new understandings about the origins and causes of pain, as well as connecting to the emotions directly in order to avoid or eliminate pain.
